VALUE, INTEGRITY, AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS RARELY EVER OBTAINED FROM THE "LOWEST BIDDER". 

I urge you to consider this fact when comparing prices from a competing inspection firm. Low priced inspections can leave a home buyer dissapointed by missing critical defects, and costing the buyer significantly in the long run.

Your home purchase is often your single largest investment, and it does not cost alot more to hire an experienced home inspection professional, to give it a thorough analysis. Under 2,000 Square Feet = $445

Under 3,000 Square Feet = $495

Under 4,000 Square Feet = $545

Under 5,000 Square Feet = $595

Note: Outbuildings and MIL apartments not included. Additional fees may apply.

Multi Family Homes

Condominium Unit = $350 Inspection is primarily focused on interior elements.

Town Home Unit = Full inspection is same as single family residential based on square footage. Reduced fee available for town homes that only need the interior inspection.  Call for quote. 

Duplex, Multiplex = Fee varies depending on size, and specific inspection needs. Call for quote.
